At Little Radish, our goal is to take a bite out of food waste™ and hunger by creating craveable snacks, sauces and spreads that have meaningful impact on our environment and within our communities. Our snacks, sauces and spreads are created from scratch and by hand in our San Mateo, California kitchen.

Our founder, Dahlia Topkis, a classically trained culinary powerhouse, uses food to bring people together. She’s passionate about food and the impact it has on our communities and our environment. She grew up in a home where all aspects of the plant were put to use, but her hospitality background exposed constant waste. As she prepped meals for her own family, she saw an unmet need for delicious treats using fresh, local ingredients that are good for you, the environment and our communities. With these principals in mind, Little Radish was born. Inspired by her global upbringing, and love of travel, she brings unique flavors to the palate. If not chasing her two little ones, you’ll find Dahlia in the kitchen, concocting delicious sauces, snacks and spreads for her family and friends to enjoy.
